Refund policy

NO REFUNDS

  There are absolutely no refunds on original artworks. I will repair any damage incurred by shipping on original artworks for US customers only. International buyers are encouraged to purchase insurance. For refunds (no exchanges) on damaged or defective art supplies, it must be proven with pictures and order number to info@leescreationspl.com Should you decide to return any undamaged, unused product, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
